We've done it! Now there are smoothies for every flavor of XS Energy drink (except Peach Tea
Blast)
. The recipes below are the full strength versions. We also have a truck load of variations on
theses recipes, and other great recipes in the
Low Carb Smoothie section.

If you own a smoothie bar (or just really really like XS), we now have

Tropical Sun Suprise
1 Banana
1⁄4 Cup Yogurt
1⁄2 Cup Milk
1 Scoop

1 - 5oz. Caned Pineapple Chunk (drain
juice)
1⁄2 Cup ice cubes

Banana Belt Tropical Freeze
1 Banana
1⁄2 Cup Mangos

2 Cups Crushed ice

Rootbeer Blast:

Black Cow Blast
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 can Rootbeer Blast
1 tbsp chocolate syrup
1 1/2 oz whipped cream
maraschino cherries

Pour root beer over ice cream and
chocolate syrup in a large tumbler
glass. Garnish with whipped cream and
a maraschino cherry. Serve with a
straw and a long spoon.

Virgin Dirty Pat
1-3 tsp instant coffee (to taste)
1 can Rootbeer Blast

Cola Blast:

Black Cow #3
1 can Cola Blast
1 cup milk

Tea-berry Blast:

Cardamom Tea-berry Blast
1 can Tea-berry Blast
Pinch of ground cardamom
Dollop of milk

Pour Tea-berry into microwave safe
mug and heat. Add pinch of ground
cardamom and milk to taste.

Tea-berry Chai
1 can Tea-berry Balst
1/2 cinnamon stick
1/8 tsp ground cardamom
1 whole clove
1/3 cup milk

Put Tea-berry, cinnamon, clove, and
cardamom in mug and microwave to
boil (approx 2min). Let stand 1 minute.
Add milk and reheat for 30 seconds.

3/4 oz grenadine syrup
2 tbsp strawberry ice cream
1 tsp chocolate syrup
Pour lemon blast and grenadine into a
highball glass half-filled with broken ice. Fill
with strawberry ice cream and top with
chocolate syrup.
